If you have already purchased a Keepsake Melody custom song, please have your order number ready. You can find it in your order confirmation email and payment receipt. Contact us at [email protected] and include your order number plus a short description of what you need help with.
No order number?
If you do not have your order details handy, check your order confirmation email or payment receipt first. Our Track my order page requires both your order number and the email address used when ordering. From there you can see status updates and, where the form is available, submit a support request related to your purchase.
